Position: DMS Backend Support Specialist

Location: Kochi

Overview:

Intergrow Brands, Kitchen Treasures is seeking a detail-oriented DMS Backend Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in billing calculations, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience in bulk file handling. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing processes and providing backend support for their Document Management System (DMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing Calculations: Perform accurate billing calculations based on client data and service usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros, to analyze data, generate reports, and streamline processes.
• Bulk File Handling: Manage and process large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy while efficiently handling bulk uploads and downloads.
• DMS Support: Provide backend support for the Document Management System, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users as needed.
• Data Analysis: Analyze billing and transaction data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on billing calculations and data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems and backend support processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years/Similar Experience
