Job Location: Kochi

Experience : HR with minimum 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing/FMCG industry.

*Labour Management & IR knowledge. Responsible for Talent Acquisition/dealing with contract labour staffing 

*Responsible for HR/IR functions

*Employee relations/employee engagement activities

*Management of wages.

*Needs to play a key role in forecasting the labour requirements and plan them accordingly.

*IR relations - compliance needs are monitored
