Kerala Startup Mission is hiring Project Assistant - HR

Number of Position: 01

Location: Any Location in Kerala

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Educational Qualification: MBA in HRM

Age Limit: Below 28 years as of 01/01/2024.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year in recruitment support, payroll handling, employee engagement, and other related activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in English and Malayalam for communication, presentations, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour/employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Salary & Other Benefits:

• The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 22,000/- per month.
• In addition to the salary, there will be allowances & reimbursement as per KSUM policies.
