Job Description:

Kent Constructions is hiring Finance Manager

Qualification: M.Com/MBA (Finance) Preferred

Experience:

• Above 8 Years (Construction Industry or Project-Based Profile Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Overall Accounting Function and Lead the Accounts Team
• Finalize Monthly and Annual Financial Statements
• Prepare MIS Reports, Monthly P&L, Cash Flow, and Fund Management Reports
• Ensure Compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Other Statutory Requirements
• Handle GST Return Filing and TDS Compliance
• Coordinate with Banks for Working Capital, Term Loans, and Other Banking Matters
• Support Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits
• Ensure Compliance with Accounting Standards and Company Policies
• Work on ERP-Based Accounting Systems and Improve Financial Processes
• Coordinate with Project Teams for Project Accounting, Budgeting, and Cost Control
• Train, Guide, and Monitor the Accounts Team to Improve Performance

Skills:

• Strong Experience in ERP Software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, etc.)
• Sound Knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliances
• Experience in Construction/Project Accounting
• Strong Leadership, Planning, Coordination, and Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Independently and Deliver Accurate Financial Reports Within Ti
