Job Position: Junior Sales Executive (In house sales)

Eligibility:

• Any Degree/Any PG candidates, 2026 and Passout batches (2023, 2024 & 2025) can Apply
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Compensation: 

• Annual CTC: Rs. 2.5 LPA (Fixed) + Rs. 1 to 2 LPA (Variable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain store aesthetics and inventory
• Support in-store promotions and events

Pre-Requisites for Selection:

• Willingness to work anywhere across the country
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good analytical ability
• Integrity
• Service-oriented mindset
• Target-oriented approach

Job Location: Selected candidates may be posted at any of the jewellery showrooms or offices, depending on administrative requirements.
