Job Description:

Kalandoor Group is hiring Project Manager (Interior/Fit-out Experience)

Job Location : Bahrain, Qatar, UAE & Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

1. Managing projects within in the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.

2. Responsible for entire project management plan Including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.

3. Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.

4. Represent company in all project meetings. Verifying the technical aspect or quotes received from vendors.

5. Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation or prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.

6. Checking of Invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.

7. Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by dally preparation of labor schedule.

8. Quality control of work done at site.

9. Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.

10. Contact the respective regulatory authorities to Inspect and comment on the completed Flt-out works for the Issuance of occupancy certificate.

11. Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.

12. Close out and hand over project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

• Must have 5 Yrs. experience as a Project Manager (Interior/Fit-out industry)

* Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

• Experience overseeing a construction project.

* Budget management experience
