Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at Kairali Management Services in Kozhikode & Kochi. The Team Lead will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the recruitment and management process of healthcare professionals.
• Coordinating with clients and candidates.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the team.
• Ensuring smooth operations in line with company goals and standards.
