Jubilant FoodWorks is hiring Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Location: Bangalore

Eligibility: B.Tech, B.Sc & B.Voc/Food Tech/Bio-Tech and Agriculture (Pass-out)

Passing Year: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026

Age: Up to 27 Years (max)

Gender: Male/Female (20 Male & 10 Female)

CTC & Salary Details

Fixed Stipend: Rs. 17,000/-

Living Allowance: Rs. 1,500/-

Quarterly Att Award (Quarterly): Rs. 1,000/-

Retention Bonus (Yearly): Rs. 500/-

Total Monthly CTC: Rs. 20,000

Total Monthly In-Hand: Rs. 18,500

Quarterly Attendance Award:

• Rs. 3,000/- (Paid with March, June, Sep, Dec)
• More than 95% Present = Rs. 3,000/95%-91% Present = Rs. 2,000/80%-90% Present = Rs. 1,000)

Retention Bonus Yearly: Rs. 6,000/- Apprenticeship Completion Award (Paid with 12th Month Stipend)

• Conveyance & Accommodation: One-time Fare Max Rs. 1,000/- and 7 Days Initial Free Accommodation & Food

• Uniform: T-Shirt, Trouser & Safety Shoes

• Medical Insurance: Rs. 1.5 LAC cashless Mediclaim subject to Hospitalization in Network Hospital

Leaves & Holidays:

• 1 Weekly off

• Holidays: 11 days (As per Company Holiday list)

• Casual Leave: 12 days/year (pro-rata basis)

• Medical Leave: 15 days/year (pro-rata basis; >3 days requires medical certificate)

• Note: Casual leave and medical leave cannot be clubbed
