Experience - Graduate: 4-8 Years / MBA: Min. 2-6 years

Education - Graduate in any discipline / (MBA or PGDM)

Location - Trivandrum

Preferred Age - 25-32

JOB REQUIREMENENTS

1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JP Operation

2. Manage and supervise vario

pervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers

3. Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JP area as per the given target

4. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge toagents

5. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis
