Job Responsibility:-

:-Rental Negotiations for lease 

:-Agreement Renewals /Documentation

:-Legal Formalities

:-Effective relationship management with Landlords, Internal and External Stakeholders.

:-Ensure uninterrupted access for tower operations. 

Qualification: Plus 2 Degree/ Diploma.

Experience: Candidates preferred from Real Estate/ Direct Sales/ BD/Site Acquistion backgrounds.

CTC: Upto 3.5 lakhs + TA/DA

Location: Malappuram, Ponnani, Manjeri, Palakkad & Guruvayur
