Job Positions:

1. Structural Fitters (2 Years Experience): 12 Nos.
2. Structural Fitters (Freshers): 16 Nos.

Job Details:

• Work Type: Assembly of bolted steel storage tanks
• Work Environment: Always outdoors
• Work Period: 4 months (plus or minus one month)
• Start Date: Mid-August 2024
• Client: Foxconn India, Doddagollahalli, Karnataka, (Near Bangalore International Airport)

Salary Details:

Structural Fitter (2-years experience):

• Salary for 8 hours x 26 days/month: ₹28,600.00
• Compulsory daily 2 hours Overtime @ 1.5 times hourly rate: ₹5,362.50
• 8 hours compulsory overtime Work on Sundays @ 2.0 times hourly rate: ₹8,800.00
• Total Estimated Salary: ₹42,762.50 per month

Structural Fitter (Freshers):

• Salary for 8 hours x 26 days/month: ₹20,800.00
• Compulsory daily 2 hours Overtime @ 1.5 times hourly rate: ₹3,900.00
• 8 hours compulsory overtime Work on Sundays @ 2.0 times hourly rate: ₹6,400.00
• Total Estimated Salary: ₹31,100.00 per month
