Job Description:

Jain Skills is hiring Sales Executive- B2B Business Development.

• Get the sale closure using various customer sales method( Direct Visits, Cold calling, Presentation etc)

• Evaluate partners business and needs to build productive, long lasting relationship.

• Maintaining and expanding the client database within the assigned territory

• Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.

• Use weekly and monthly metrics to prepare market reports and create plans of action.

• Maintain a database of all client interactions and reports on the CRM

 

Requirements:

• 0 -2 years experience in Sales( Freshers with a flair for sales also are welcome)

• Graduate in any discipline with pleasant personality

• Desirable- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

• Strong communication , negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Self motivated and driven

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial environment.

• Energetic self starter with excellent time management skills.
