:-Position: Internal Auditor - 2No.s - M/F

Qualification: CA-Inter Candidates only preferred

Experience: Atleast 5 to 15 years

Age: Below 40

Salary: Max. upto 45

Job Location: Vyttila, Ernakulam

Responsibilities & Skill Required:

* Excellent exposure in all fields of Finance & Accounts.

* Quarterly Branch Visit will be there

* Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

* Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

* Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process

* Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

* Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum

* Performed internal audit assignments and fraud investigations as a part of In-house audit team

:-Position: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - COO - 1 No. - Male only

Qualification: CA-Final Qualified Candidates only preferred

Experience: with atleast 15 to 25 years

Age: Below 45

Salary: Depends on Market Standard

Job Location: Vyttila, Ernakulam

Responsibilities & Skill Required:

* Designing and implementing business operations

* Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision

* Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives

* Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

* Heading the Auditing Team directly.

* at least Fifteen years experience in independently running continuous process Operating several Branches and manufacturing units with a workforce of about 250 people

* Responsible for daily production, cost reduction, data analysis, troubleshooting, Production planning, and Budget.
