Job Description:

Jacsons Veneers & Panels is hiring Customer Relationship Executive 

Gender: Female

Location: Cochin, Kakkanad

Salary: 2.5 Lac Per Annum

Qualifications:

1. Any graduation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Prior experience in a similar/ interior design role is preferred.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with customers regarding their product inquiries and requirements.
• Introduce and guide customers through our range of products during their visits to the factory.
• Address customer inquiries about new products and assist in finding the right solutions.
• Handle the sales office reception, ensuring all visitors are greeted and assisted in a professional manner.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
