ISRO VSSC Apprentice Trainee Selection Drive 2026-27

Total Vacancies: 460

• Graduate Apprentice: 273 posts
• Technician Apprentice: 187 posts

Vacancies & Qualifications:

a) Graduate Apprentice (Stipend ₹12,300)

• Engineering streams: (Aeronautical, Chemical, Civil, CS, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, Fire & Safety): min 65%/6.84 CGPA

• Hotel Management/Catering: min 60%, First Class

• General Stream (Non-Engg) Bachelor's: 100 posts: min 60%/6.32 CGPA

b) Technician Apprentice (Stipend ₹10,900)

• Diploma streams: (Automobile, Chemical, Civil, CS, Electrical, Electronics, Instrument Tech, Mechanical): First Class Diploma

• Commercial Practice: min 6.32 CGPA

Age Limit (as on 31.07.2026):

• Graduate Apprentice: UR-28, OBC-31, SC/ST-33 (PWBD +10)

• Technician (Engg Diploma): UR-30, OBC-33, SC/ST-35 (PWBD +10)

• Technician (Commercial Practice): UR-26, OBC-29, SC/ST-31 (PWBD +10)

Eligibility (General):

• Must have completed Degree/Diploma before April 2022 - final-year/result-awaiting/M.E./M.Tech students NOT eligible
• No prior apprenticeship or 1+ year work experience under any institution
• Not more than 5 years since passing (from qualifying month/year)
• CGPA-to-percentage conversion not permitted for eligibility
• Priority to candidates from Southern Region BoAT (Kerala, TN, Karnataka, AP, Telangana, Puducherry)

Stipend & Duration:

• Duration: 1 year from date of joining

• Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300/month

• Technician Apprentice: ₹10,900/month
