Job Description:

Iocod CyberPark is hiring Data Entry Executive & Customer Support Executive

1.  Data Entry Executive

• Night Shift - Remote

Responsibilities:

• Manage our CRM: Utilize the CRM system to update and maintain accurate records of client information and interactions.
• Data mining and data entry: Perform data mining tasks to gather relevant information and enter it into the appropriate databases or spreadsheets.

Required Skills:

• Analyzing Information and Documentation skills: Ability to analyze and process information accurately and efficiently.
• Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and maintain data records.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using various data entry software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to identify and rectify errors.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on both written and spoken English for clear and concise communication.

2. Customer Support Executive

• Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• The friendly voice and helping hand guiding customers through our communications portal.
• A troubleshooting ninja, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth application use.
• A customer champion, ensuring positive experiences and addressing concerns thoughtfully.
• A team player, collaborating with colleagues to tackle complex problems efficiently.
• A documentation dynamo, keeping detailed records and contributing to helpful resources.
• An information hub, staying up-to-date on product news and keeping customers informed.

Requirements:

• Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• Thinks on their feet and can find solutions to any challenge with a smile.
• Has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Is familiar with our applications (a plus, but we can train the right fit!).
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and can build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Is open to working night shifts.
