Job Description:

The Inhouse Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting educational products and services to colleges and individual learners. This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Actively promote and sell educational products, solutions, or services (e.g., learning software, courses, or subscriptions).
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Lead Generation and Management:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Proactively source new leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.

3. Client Interaction and Relationship Building:

  • Conduct product presentations or demonstrations via phone, video calls, or in person (if required).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

4. Consultative Selling:

  • Understand customer needs and tailor recommendations to provide suitable educational solutions.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.

5. Customer Support:

  • Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

6. Reporting and Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and updates.

7. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market trends in the education industry.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

  • 15,000 to 20,000 for First 6 Months

  • After Confirmation, the salary will be revised to 4 Lakhs to 6.5 Lakhs per annum

  • Sales Incentives + Performance Vouchers + 5 days working (After probation) + Yearly Bonus + Gym or Sports Yearly membership or can do any certificate course below Rs.1 lakh (Upon Confirmation).
