Intergrow Brands - Kitchen Treasures is hiring Executive - IT

Location: Pancode, Kolenchery

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot system failures, network connectivity problems, and application errors.
• Assist employees with IT-related queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

2. System & Network Administration

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Ensure stable and secure network connectivity across all departments and locations.

3. Software & Hardware Maintenance

• Install, update, and configure software applications.
• Maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and repairs.

4. IT Projects & Implementation

• Assist in IT system upgrades and migrations.
• Support new software implementations.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with networking, firewall configurations, and VPN setups.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
