Job Title: Associate Engineer

Eligibility:

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, BSc/MSc (Computer)

• Academic: CGPA above 65% (current or completed course)

• Backlogs: Allowed, but must be cleared within 6-12 months of joining

Compensation Details:

• CTC: ₹3,60,000 - ₹4,32,000 LPA
• Subject to performance in rapid raise program
• Eligible for salary revision after 1 year of service

• Basic knowledge of Git, Web Frameworks, SDLC (advantage)
• Good communication and leadership skills; proactive mindset

Terms:

• Probation period: 1 year, followed by confirmation
• Service Agreement: 2 years
• Must adhere to company policies
• Background verification required
