Innovature Infopark is Conducting a Recruitment Drive Via, Marian College Kuttikkanam

Designation: Associate Engineer

Number of Vacancies: 40

Job Location: Infopark, Cochin

Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc (Computer), B.Sc (Computer)

  • Year of Pass: 2026 Batch

  • Academic Qualification: Candidates must have an overall CGPA above 65% in their current or completed course

  • Backlogs: While backlogs are acceptable, candidates must demonstrate the ability to complete their academic obligations within 6-12 months from their date of joining. Backlogs will not be a disqualifying factor

Skill Set:

  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs): A solid grasp of OOPs principles is required to build structured, modular, and reusable code

  • Programming Expertise: Proficiency in one or more programming languages is desired. Practical experience in coding and the ability to develop solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements is key

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to write efficient, scalable code that meets project objectives

  • Basic knowledge of version control tools: like Git, Web Frameworks, Software Development Life Cycle will be considered an advantage

  • Team Collaboration: A strong willingness to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly with colleagues, and contribute towards collective goals

  • Learning Enthusiasm: An eagerness to constantly learn and adapt to new technologies is essential

Salary (CTC):

  • Rs. 2,64,000 LPA to 4,20,000 LPA - Depends upon their performance in Technical Assessment and Interview

  • Eligible for salary revision after successful completion of one year of service with the company

Terms & Conditions:

  • The probation period is 1 year, after evaluation employment will be confirmed with the company

  • Selected candidates should sign a Service Agreement for 02 years

  • Adherence to the company's policies and procedures

  • Background verification for selected candidates

  • All selected candidates should join with us on or before June/July 2026
