Location: Cochin, Kerala (with travel within the state)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Soft Skill Trainer to join our team at Indmerc Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a certification in any soft skill training and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience. This role involves delivering ready-made training modules to our existing employee network, aiming to enhance their interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective soft skill training sessions using pre-designed modules.
• Enhance employees' interpersonal, communication, and sales skills through structured training programs.
• Travel across Kerala to deliver training sessions at various locations.
• Assess training needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.

Requirements:

• Certification in any soft skill training program.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in soft skill training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the state of Kerala.
• Ability to engage and motivate employees during training sessions.
