Available Positions:

1. Terminal Service

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding and baggage services.
• Handle passenger inquiries and special requests.
• Resolve passenger concerns and conflicts.
• Ensure passenger satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and operational compliance.
• Support smooth airport operations.

2. Security

• Screen passengers, luggage and cargo using security equipment.
• Monitor access to restricted areas.
• Respond to security breaches and potential threats.
• Ensure compliance with aviation security protocols.
• Maintain a safe and secure airport environment.

3. Ramp

• Coordinate ground-handling activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Support efficient aircraft turnaround operations.
• Maintain clear communication among ground staff, pilots and operations teams.
• Promote teamwork and adherence to safety and security protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates from any stream from UGC-approved universities.
• Freshers and experienced professionals can apply.
• Candidates should maintain appropriate grooming standards.
• Candidates should not have visible tattoos.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts is required.
