Job Location:

• Pan India (Including Kochi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad)

Job Positions:

AO&CS Positions

1. Officer - AO&CS in the role of Terminal Service

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
• Address inquiries and special requests.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and operational compliance for a seamless travel experience.

2. Officer - Security

• Screen passengers, luggage, and cargo using advanced equipment.
• Monitor access to restricted areas.
• Respond to security breaches and threats.
• Ensure safety and compliance with aviation security protocols.

3. Officer - AO&CS in the role of Ramp

• Coordinate ground handling activities.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain efficient turnarounds through clear communication among staff, pilots, and operations.
• Foster teamwork and adherence to safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory for freshers.
• Candidates should not have any visible tattoos.
• Candidates must be flexible with working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Valid passport.
• For experienced candidates, previous employment letters/experience certificates and AEP surrender copy are mandatory for aviation experience.

Inflight Services Jobs:

1. Cabin Attendant Grade Trainee (For candidates with no flying experience)

Job Location: Kochi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female Indian nationals, with Indian passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.

• Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination, from a recognized board or university.

• Communication: Fluency & clarity of speech in both English and Hindi respectively.

• Height & Weight: Minimum of 155 CM’s & weight proportionate to BMI.

• Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.

Base Availability: Candidate should be flexible to relocate at any IndiGo base.

Dress Code (for interview): Half sleeves shirt, knee length skirt, stockings and formal heels.

2. Senior Cabin Attendant Trainee (For candidates with flying experience)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 21 years of age.

• Must have 3 years of continuous flying experience.

Base Availability: Candidate should be flexible to relocate at any IndiGo base.

Dress Code (for interview): Half sleeves shirt, knee length skirt, stockings and formal heels.
