  • Preferred background: EdTech, Insurance, Banking, and NBFC sales experience
  • Important note: Only candidates with a sales background will be considered - non-sales candidates are not eligible for the experienced category.

Job Roles:

1. Career Specialist

Job Overview: 

  • The Career Specialist will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them explore the right educational and career pathways through calls and counselling sessions, guiding them from initial interest to successful enrolment. The role requires close coordination with branch offices and the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and their families to recommend suitable educational programs and career options.
  • Provide one-on-one counselling to help students make informed academic and professional decisions.
  • Manage the complete student journey from first inquiry to admission and onboarding.
  • Convert leads into enrolments through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries at branch locations and maintain a high walk-in to enrolment conversion rate.
  • Coordinate closely with branch staff and internal admission teams for smooth student onboarding.
  • Monitor and manage fee structures in compliance with institutional guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in internal systems.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrolment targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, and capable of connecting with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in counselling, advisory, or student support roles is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office productivity tools.
  • Confident, self-driven, and highly energetic.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.

2. Admission Officer/Senior Admission Officer

Job Overview: 

  • The Admission Officer/Senior Admission Officer will be the first point of contact for prospective students, playing a vital role in guiding them toward the right academic and career choices. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and a results-driven mindset to ensure an exceptional student experience while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Career Guidance & Counselling:

  • Engage with prospective students and their families to understand aspirations and recommend suitable academic programs.
  • Provide clear, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in the institute's offerings.

2. Student Lifecycle Management & Admissions:

  • Manage the complete student journey: prospecting, counselling, admission, orientation, and ongoing support.
  • Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets.
  • Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs.

3. Compliance & Internal Processes:

  • Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities.

4. Effective Communication & Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximise conversion rates.

Qualifications:
