ICT Academy of Kerala is hiring Management Trainee - Academic Operations

Location: UL CyberPark, Kozhikode

Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 0-2 Years

Qualification: MBA/BBA/BTech/BSc. & MSc. Computer Science (Experience in educational outreach is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Visit higher educational institutions in North Kerala to identify training/skilling opportunities
• Interact with faculty and principals to build strong institutional relationships
• Achieve targets related to revenue, budgets, and program goals
• Report regularly on activities, feedback, and outcomes

Requirements:

• Dynamic, result-driven attitude with willingness to travel 10-15 days per month (official travel expenses reimbursed)
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Basic IT proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
