Job Description:
iBoson is hiring Customer Success Associate.
oson is a fast-growing technology startup on augmented reality and computer vision technologies. We are looking for a passionate professional with excellent customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities,
You will be directly interacting with the customers once they’ve purchased any of our plans.
You will be conducting onboarding calls and product training.
Driving periodic customer interactions to check their satisfaction level and feedback.
Review customer journeys, and help clients to overcome issues, and help them to achieve their goals.
Bring together cross-functional teams to proactively resolve customer pain points
Identify up-sell, growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.
Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales teams to execute on those opportunities.
Preferred skills:
Strong background working in a customer-facing environment and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction in a highly technical environment.
Ability to learn fast, shift directions even faster and work collaboratively on a highly effective team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience in working with Hubspot, at least familiarization with Hubspot is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any customer-facing roles.
Experience in dealing with international customers would be preferred.
Understanding of SaaS would be preferred.
Must be a graduate in Engineering, or MBA
Must be willing to work in rotational shift including night shifts
Must be flexible in timing and adaptable to the startup environment
