IBM is hiring Associate System Engineer

Locations:

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js)
Software Development Life Cycle Concepts

This is an Entry-level on-campus hiring position (candidates must be in their final year and must obtain their degree before the start of employment with IBM)
Year of Pass Out: 2026
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science (all CS batches like CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cyber Security, Blockchain, etc.) or Information Technology with 6 CGPA/60%
Fluent communication skills (written and spoken)

Role and Responsibilities:

Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing failures, with the support of the architect and technical leader
Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Involvement in every step of the process – design, development, testing, release changes, and troubleshooting where necessary, ensuring excellent customer service
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions

In this role, you'll work in one of their IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where they deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.
Their delivery centers offer their clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
