Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000

Job Summary:

The Asst Manager - Sales & Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, driving sales growth, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage and optimize processes, lead a sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Monitor and manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Sales Management:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to make informed decisions.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Gather customer feedback and work with the team to improve service delivery.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and develop team members.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

• Encourage professional development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or relevant advanced degree/diploma.

• Experience in Sales and Operations Management with 10 to 15 years.

• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
