Location: Technopark Phase 1, Thiruvananthapuram
Job Type: Full-Time - Trainee
Salary: Up to 10,000/- per month

Job Summary:
The HR & Administration Executive - Trainee will support the HR and administrative functions of the organization. This role is designed for a recent graduate or an individual new to the field who is eager to learn and grow in HR and administrative management. The trainee will assist in various HR activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and payroll processing, as well as perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms, screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules, participate in interviews and help with candidate assessments.
- Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new employees, ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Training and Development: Help organize training sessions and workshops, maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving minor HR issues, support employee engagement activities and events.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and update HR databases, assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Administration:
- Office Management: Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, draft and distribute internal communications and memos.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes, assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Support to Senior Staff: Provide administrative support to senior HR and administrative staff, perform other duties as assigned by the HR and Administration Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive and positive attitude.
