Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly profitability statements and cash flow reports for management.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and Companies Act regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and resolve queries.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as needed.
