Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Administration.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Assist in analyzing client requirements and preparing reports.
• ⁠Support consultants in process implementation, documentation, and tracking.
• ⁠Coordinate with clients for data collection and smooth communication.
• ⁠Maintain project trackers, reports, and presentations.

Skills:

• Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment

2. HR Operations Manager/HRBP/Performance Management Consultant

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR/Operations

Qualification: MBA in any stream

Base Location: Cochin, Kerala

Responsibilities:

• Conduct study at client organizations
• Develop solutions for improving the organizational performance
• ⁠Project management, support in project execution
• ⁠Development of business models and business plans
