Recruitment of Staff Nurses to USA

Organized by ODEPC, a Govt of Kerala agency

Eligibility criteria:

Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree is preferable)
Experience :-  Minimum of 3 years, in Critical Care, Surgical, Medical Telemetry, or Post-operative care
English Proficiency: Should have completed IELTS or TOEFL IBT with the below scores

• IELTS (Overall Score- 6.5; Spoken Band-7.0)
• TOEFL IBT (Total score-83, Speaking Section- 26)

Age limit:  25-35 years

Salary & other terms and conditions

• Salary : Minimum INR 3 Lakhs (USD 3750)
• Accommodation: Provided
• Contract: 3 years with penalty clause for breach of non fulfillment
• Visa: H1B visa will be initiated along 2 timelines
  • Visa process will be initiated by February 2023 for regular positions
  • For Acute care hospitals: Cap Exempt positions visa process will be initiated once the candidates clear NCLEX-RN certification

• Air Ticket : Provided
• Transportation: Provided
• Working Hours: 8 hours / 6 days a week
• Medical Insurance: Provided
