Job Title: Trainee Associate (Standard Operating Procedures) (ON-Role Job)

Working Hours: 3 Rotational Shifts (8 Hrs. each)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: ITI, Diploma, Any Graduate
• Academic: 50% Marks in 10th and 50% Marks in Any Graduate
• Gender: Female only
• Age: 18 to 23 years old

Salary:

• CTC (Cost to Company): Rs. 18,165
• Take Home: Rs. 13,131

Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet production targets while ensuring product quality and safety standards.
• Assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations, including equipment setup, operation, and monitoring for smooth production flow.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Promptly report any deviations or issues.
