Hireclap is hiring Recruiter

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience : 0 - 1 yr (FRESHERS are welcome to apply!)

Salary: 15k (12k fixed + 3k variable) per month 

Designation: Recruitment Executive

Mode of work: Work from Home

Pre-requisites: Should have laptop/desktop with proper internet connection

Responsibilities:

• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements.
• Source and recruit candidates by using registered job seekers pool, social media etc.
• Conduct pre-screening telephonic interviews and shortlist for further rounds.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting records, follow-up the process until the candidate acceptance.
