HDB Financial Services (subsidiary of HDFC Bank) is hiring Tele-Caller

Location: Chennai

Role: Tele-caller

Salary: ₹15,000/- per month + Incentives

Qualification: Plus Two & Above

Languages: Malayalam

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Outreach:

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to existing HDB Financial Services customers using the provided database.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Build a rapport with customers, ensuring a positive interaction and addressing any initial queries or concerns.

3. Loan Promotion:

• Inform customers about the various loan products available, including personal loans, home loans, and mortgage loans.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the tele-calling process.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve communication skills and product knowledge, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
