Job Description:

HCL is hiring Process Associate- SCM

· Fixed CTC – 2.3 LPA

· Band E0.1

· Service Agreement – 15 months

· 3 years career progression plan based on the ratings

· Retention Bonus (on completion of 2 years) – 50K (for GP and above)            

· Required Fresh graduates  with no prior experience

· Training start month- June/July 2023

Eligible:

All UG Graduates 2022 and 2023 Candidates with No prior work experience / Pursuing PG are not eligible for the drive

Basic Criteria:

* Candidates with break in education more than 2 years are not eligible.

* Only full time graduation (with 15 years regular education) will be considered – No Correspondence Course

* Candidates with arrears are not eligible.

* Candidates who have attended the HCL selection process in the last 6 months (either selected/rejected/not joined) will not be eligible

* 2022 and 2023 passed out students with previous work experience / Pursuing PG are not eligible

* Candidates should be comfortable working in Rotational Shift / Night Shift
