HCLTech is hiring Graduate Trainee

Job Role: Graduate Trainee (GT Program)

Eligibility:

• BBA/BCom/BSc/BCA - 2026 Batch
• Minimum 60% Throughout (10th, 12th & UG)
• Restricted To Colleges In Kerala Only

CTC: ₹3.25 LPA

Job Location: PAN India

Job Purpose:

• Provide hardware/software/network issue resolution via call, email, or chat
• Route issues to 2nd & 3rd level IT support teams
• Coordinate with vendors and support staff
• Manage user account provisioning
• Use incident management system for issue tracking
• Handle calls, emails, tickets and ensure closure
• Provide level 1 remote desktop support
• Troubleshoot software and network issues
• Perform user account management and access reviews
• Maintain documentation, reports, and system updates
• Support training and knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio)
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools (SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting)
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Exchange
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude
