HCL Tech is conducting a Recruitment Drive

Designation: Process Associate

Industry: US Healthcare

Eligibility:

• All PG Arts & Science students are eligible
• Candidates with break in education more than 2 years are not eligible.
• Only full-time graduation (with 15 years regular education) will be considered - No Correspondence Course
• Candidates with arrears are not eligible
• Candidates who have attended the HCL selection process in the last 6 months (either selected/rejected/not joined) will not be eligible
• Currently Pursuing PG are not eligible
• Candidates should be comfortable working in Night Shift

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for calling providers offices in US on behalf of Health plans
• Verify surveys by calling the provider office from the given data
• Make physical calls following confidentiality and HIPAA compliance rules
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Flexible to work from office Location.

Desired Profile:

• Willing to work US shift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good typing skills (minimum 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy)
