Hawr Learn is hiring Sales & Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify & build school list
• Cold-call & appointments.
• Visit 6-12 schools/week.

2. Product Presentation & Demos

• Student demos (30-45 min)
• Outcomes.

3. Student demos (30-45 min)

• Principal briefings (10-15 min).
• Explain curriculum, pricing, outcomes.

4. Sales & Conversion

• Achieve targets
• Pitch robotics packages
• Pitch follow-up, onboarding support
• Gather testimonials & feedback.

5. Relationship Management

• Maintain customer relationships and Excel database.
