Job Description:

Gigmarine is hiring Survey Co-ordinator

Location: Kochi, Kerala 

Experience: Freshers/Up to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support survey planning and field activities
• Handle department emails, calls, and client communications
• Maintain accurate survey plans, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with marine operations, accounts, and surveyors
• Track job completion & initiate the invoicing process
• Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, and contracts
• Provide administrative & coordination support to survey teams

Qualification: Graduate/B.Tech Mechanical/Any Bachelor’s Degree

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Preference: Local candidates preferred
