Department: Customer Experience

Reporting To: CX Team Leader (B2B)

Employment Type: Probation → Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact for B2B Clients
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships
  • Handle Client Queries, Concerns & Feedback
  • Ensure High-Quality Service Delivery to Mutual Fund & NRI Clients
  • Collaborate With Internal Teams for Service Improvement
  • Understand Client Needs and Enhance Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty

Skills: Strong Communication Skills in Hindi & English

Experience: Experience in Customer Experience/B2B Handling Preferred
