Job Description:

Genrobotics is seeking a proactive & ambitious Operations Trainee to assist the operations team in tasks related to production, quality assurance, supply chain, and regulatory compliance. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical device industry, learn about operational processes, and contribute to projects that impact patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in developing and coordinating production schedules, monitoring timelines, and ensuring resource availability.
• Collect and analyze data related to production metrics, operational performance, and quality control, providing insights for decision-making.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks, including documentation work, presentations, reports, etc.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, folders, and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, providing operational support and tracking project progress.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes. Contribute ideas for increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Work closely with various departments, including R&D, quality, and BD, to support company-wide projects and initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Project Management Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: MBA (candidates interested in operations management can apply) or B.Tech

Experience: Fresher
