Gadegos Solutions is hiring HR Compliance Executive

Qualification: MBA HR/MSW/M.Com/B.Com or equivalent

Experience: 1-3 years in HR/Labour Law Compliance preferred

Location: Kerala/Ernakulam preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Labour Law Compliance: EPF, ESI, PT, LWF & statutory compliance
• Labour Department Liaison: Inspections, notices & correspondence
• Payroll & HR Compliance: Payroll verification, wage compliance & records
• HR Documentation: Appointment letters, registers, returns & employee records
