Job Description:

Freight Connect Solutions is hiring IT Administrator

Location: Eramangalam Near Guruvayur

Job Type: Full-Time

Level: Junior

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to employees.
• Manage servers, backups, and security systems.
• Ensure data security, network access, and system backups.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT needs.
• Implement and manage IT policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
• Experience with Spine HRMS software (preferred but not mandatory).
