Flex is hiring Junior Financial Analyst

Flex is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to support cost accounting activities, financial processes, and process improvement initiatives.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Job Type: Full Time

Job Category: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned cost accounting activities.
• Follow corporate policies and monitor key cost accounting metrics.
• Implement time-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Work with the operations team to track and resolve metric non-conformances.
• Post month-end journal entries related to accruals and reclassification in ERP.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs according to the latest processes.
• Learn and provide backup support to the Cost Accountant.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com/BBA (Finance)/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
• Experience: Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to understand and interpret accounting policies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills in day-to-day work.
