Job Overview: 

• Finovest Group is looking for an accomplished Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will conduct thorough market research & execute targeted digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both market research and digital marketing, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Market Research:  

• Conduct in-depth market research focused on the NBFC sector, analyzing trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.  
• Evaluate industry data to uncover growth opportunities, assess market demands, and identify potential risks.  
• Prepare detailed reports that guide strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.  

2. Digital Marketing:  

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the company.
• Manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, with an emphasis on promoting financial products.  
• Enhance online visibility through effective content creation, social media engagement, and targeted digital advertising.  
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling customer centric marketing materials.  

Qualifications:  

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in market research and digital marketing, preferably within NBFC sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  

Skills:  

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret industry data and trends.  
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).  
• Managing social media platforms effectively.
