Federal Bank is hiring Women Professionals

Federal Bank, a premier private sector Bank in the country and recognized as one of India’s top workplaces for women, is actively seeking applications for its recruitment process targeting former female professionals in the Banking or IT sector for Fixed Tenure Engagement, as part of Bank’s commitment to Women empowerment.

• Women candidates on career breaks and who meet all the following criteria are eligible to participate in the selection process.

Post Qualification Work Experience:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in any Scheduled Commercial Banks or reputed IT Companies.
• The last working day of the previous organization should be on any day between 01.01.2019 and 01.01.2024.

Age (As on 01.01.2024):

• Candidates shall not exceed 40 years as on 01.01.2024 (should be born on or after 01.01.1984).

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation in any degree with minimum aggregate of 60% from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or approved by AICTE.
• Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, Class XII and Graduation.

Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Note: 
Candidates shortlisted from the selection process will be designated as ‘Personal Banker’ and will be on Fixed Tenure Engagement for 3 years. Successful completion of 3 years of engagement will enable the candidates to be considered for the role of Officer subject to obtaining top two engagement grades in every quarter, good conduct and administrative requirements.

Location: 
Selected candidates will be deployed in any of the Branches / Offices and are liable to be relocated to any Branch / Office of the Bank depending upon the suitability and administrative requirements
