Job Description:

Federal Bank is hiring Bankman & Part time Sweeper

 

Bankman:

Qualication (as on 01.01.2022) - Candidates should have passed Standard Xth / SSC / equivalent examination but not passed Graduation.

Age (as on 01.01.2022) - Candidates should not be, below 18 years of age & above 20 years. Candidates should be born in between 01.01.2002 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation: The following categories are eligible for relaxation up to a maximum of 5 years in upper age limit

1.Candidates who have worked in any of the Branches / Offices of Federal Bank as temporary Bankman / Driver.

2.Candidates belonging to SC / ST category.

Place of Domicile - The place of domicile of the candidate should be located within the same district of notified Branch / Office (OR) within 20 km from notified Branch / Office.

Knowledge in Computer Operations - Candidates should have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office and should have undergone at least a one-month (basic / foundation) training programme in MS Office.

Probation period: 6 months

Basic Pay And Other Emoluments: 14500 in the scale of pay `14500-500/4-16500-615/5-19575-740/4-22535- 8 7 0 / 3 - 2 51 4 5 - 1 0 0 0 / 3 - 2 81 4 5 + 9 s t a g n a t i o n increments. The selected candidates will also be eligible for DA, HRA, Health Insurance and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time

Location: Any branches/offices

Selection stages: Aptitude test, Personal interview, Document submission

Application fee: Rs 250 (general), Rs 50 (SC/ST)

 

 

Part Time Sweeper (PTS):

Educational Qualication (as on 01.01.2022) - Candidates should have studied Standard I but not have passed SSLC/10th standard or equivalent examination.

Age (as on 01.01.2022) - Candidates should have completed 35 years of age but not above 55 years of age

Residential Status - Candidates should be a permanent resident within 20 KMS from the notified Branch / Office or within the same Panchayat / Municipality / Corporation / Metropolitan city where the notified Branch / Office is situated.

 

Preference will be given to the candidates under the following categories:  SC / ST candidates, Widows, Physically handicapped who can discharge duties satisfactorily. Candidates who have worked in any Branch / Office on temporary basis as Part Time Sweeper.

Probation period: 6 months

Basic pay & other emoluments: Rs 4,833 to Rs 10,875 (eligible for DA, HRA, Health Insurance and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time)

Location: Any Branches/Offices

Selection based on Personal Interview & Document Submission
