 Responsibilities:

 Track and identify prospective candidates using various channels.

Knowledge in Technical recruitment

 Assess candidates according to the requirements.

 Coordinate end to end recruitment. 

Pre – screen resumes & co – ordinate interviews

 Requirements :

Proven working experience in recruiting. 

Deep understanding of recruitment processes.

 Proficiency in using recruiting software and candidate databases.

 Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods. 

Excellent knowledge technical skills. 

Good Communication skills. Should be smart and pro- active 

Years of Experience –2-4 Yrs 

Job Location – Kochi & Thrissur-infopark, Trivandrum-Technopark
