Job Description:

Feathersoft is hiring Junior Business Analyst (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to define high-level requirements & capture business needs.
• Demonstrate products to prospective customers.
• Work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way.
• Explore, analyze, and utilize various software platforms from an end-user perspective.
• Coordinate with Development and Testing teams.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet demanding deadlines.
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements.
• Attend management status meetings.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Freshers
• 2024 pass out - B.Tech (CS/IT) or MBA (with a computer science background)
